Battery health is the number one concern when buying a refurbished phone, so we don't leave it to chance. Every device we sell is tested before it ships, and we guarantee a minimum of 80% battery health on arrival.
How we test
- Every device goes through a full diagnostic check before listing.
- Battery capacity is measured against the manufacturer's original rated capacity.
- Anything below our 80% threshold gets a brand-new replacement battery or is not sold.
- Charging port, wireless charging and power management are checked at the same time.
What 80% battery health means
A battery rated at 80% health holds at least 80% of the charge it held when the device was new. Apple and most manufacturers consider a battery to be within normal service range down to this point. In everyday use it means comfortable all-day performance for most users.
If your battery falls short
If your device arrives below 80% battery health, contact us within your warranty period and we'll replace the battery or arrange a return at no cost to you.
