Refurbished Phone Grading Guide

Refurbished Phone Grading Guide

Every refurbished device we sell is inspected, tested and graded before listing. This guide explains what each grade means so you can compare condition, battery health and value before buying.

Our promise: Battery health and cosmetic condition are disclosed wherever available. Devices are function-tested and IMEI checked before sale.

What We Check

Checks vary by device type, but our inspection focuses on the parts customers care about most:

Screen display quality
Touch response
Battery health
Charging
Face ID or Touch ID where applicable
Front and rear cameras
Microphones and speakers
Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and cellular
Buttons and switches
SIM tray and network unlock status
IMEI blacklist check
Cosmetic body condition
