Quick Fix Mobiles is committed to selling quality products and delivering quality repairs. This warranty policy applies to all products and repairs purchased from Quick Fix Mobiles, in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Refurbished Devices — Warranty
- Grade A devices: 12-month warranty from date of purchase
- Grade B devices: 12-month warranty from date of purchase
- Grade C devices: 6-month warranty from date of purchase
What is covered:
- Manufacturing defects
- Functional failures not caused by physical damage
- Battery failure (where battery health drops below 75% within the warranty period)
- Any fault present at the time of purchase that was not disclosed
What is NOT covered:
- Accidental damage (cracked screens, water damage after purchase)
- Physical damage caused by the customer
- Unauthorised third-party repairs
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic changes (scratches that develop after purchase)
- Damage caused by incorrect charging or accessories
Repairs — Warranty
All repairs carried out by Quick Fix Mobiles carry a 6-month parts and labour warranty. If a component we replaced fails within 6 months of the repair due to a fault with the part or our workmanship, we will repair or replace it at no cost.
Repair warranty does NOT cover:
- New damage caused after the repair
- Faults unrelated to the repair carried out
- Screen cracks or physical damage after repair
How to Make a Warranty Claim

- Provide your order number or receipt
- Describe the fault
- Bring the device to our Parramatta store or arrange return shipping
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
30-Day Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about a purchase, we accept returns within 30 days provided the device is in the same condition as received. Contact us to arrange a return. Original shipping costs are not refunded for change-of-mind returns.
