Order online and choose pickup from our Parramatta store. We will email you when your product is ready to collect.
- Orders placed before 2:00 pm on a working day are generally ready for same-day pickup, subject to stock and supplier availability.
- Orders placed after 2:00 pm are generally ready the next working day.

Common Questions
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are welcome for common phone repairs such as screens, batteries and charging ports. For MacBook repairs, water damage or data recovery, call ahead so we can check technician availability.
How long do repairs take?
Many screen and battery repairs are completed while you wait, often within 30-60 minutes depending on model and parts availability. Complex repairs may take longer, and we will quote timing before work starts.
When will my Click & Collect order be ready?
We will email you when your order is ready to collect. Orders placed before 2:00 pm on a working day are generally ready the same day, subject to stock and supplier availability. Orders placed after 2:00 pm are generally ready the next working day.
Is diagnosis free?
Yes. We inspect your device and provide a clear quote before repair work begins. If you choose not to proceed, there is no repair charge.
What warranty do repairs include?
Repairs include a 6-month parts and labour warranty for the part we replaced, in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Physical damage or unrelated faults after repair are not covered.
Can I inspect refurbished phones in store?
Yes. You can inspect available refurbished devices at our Parramatta store. Every listed device is graded, IMEI checked and tested before sale.
