Pickup timing

• Orders placed before 2:00 pm on a working day are generally ready for same-day pickup, subject to stock and supplier availability.
• Orders placed after 2:00 pm are generally ready the next working day.
• Sunday, public holiday and special-order items may be prepared on the next working day.

Before you visit

Please wait for the ready to collect email before coming to the store. This means your item has been checked, packed and set aside for you.

Bring your order confirmation and a photo ID when collecting.
