Is the price guaranteed?
It's guaranteed against the condition you described. We check every device before paying, and if what we find differs we send a revised offer. You're free to accept it or have the device back at no cost.
Why do you pay more for a cracked phone?
Because we're a repair shop. Trade-in sites discount damaged devices heavily since they have to send them on to someone else. We fix them here, so we can pay closer to what the device is really worth.
What happens to my data?
Back up and sign out before you hand it over — remove your iCloud or Google account and turn off Find My. We then wipe every device we take in and record that it was done.
How do I get paid?
Bank transfer within two business days of us checking the device, or store credit straight away if you'd rather put it towards a repair or a refurbished phone.
What if my device isn't listed?
We still probably want it. Get in touch and we'll quote it directly.
