- Send to us β Ship to: Shop 7A, 118 Church Street, Parramatta NSW 2150. Use a tracked service (Australia Post, StarTrack, etc).
- We diagnose & repair β We'll confirm the issue, get your approval on the final price, then repair it. Most MacBook repairs take 1β3 business days.
- We send it back β Your repaired MacBook is packed securely and sent back to you with tracking. Return shipping starts at $15.
