What qualifies
- The competitor must be an Australian-based retailer with a physical or registered business presence.
- The item must be identical: same model, same storage capacity and the same condition grade.
- The item must be in stock and available to buy at the advertised price.
- The advertised price must include GST and be a genuine retail price.
What doesn't qualify
- Marketplace or classifieds listings such as eBay, Gumtree, Facebook Marketplace or private sellers.
- Auction, clearance, liquidation, warehouse-error or member-only pricing.
- Overseas or grey-import sellers.
- Prices that include bundled credits, cashback, trade-in value or gift cards.
- Prices that are already below our cost.
