What's covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Functional failures not caused by physical damage
- Internal component and circuit board faults
- Battery failure where battery health drops below 75% within the warranty period
What's not covered
- Accidental damage, including cracked screens and drops
- Liquid or water damage occurring after purchase
- Physical damage caused by the customer
- Damage caused by incorrect charging or accessories
- Cosmetic wear, such as scratches that develop after purchase
How it works
Add this plan to your order before your standard 12-month warranty expires so your cover runs without a gap. Claims are handled by our Parramatta team with priority routing through diagnostics and repair.
This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which are not limited or excluded by it.
